DALLAS (AP) Alliance Data Systesm Corp. says affiliates of Blackstone Group are in breach of hteir acquisition agreement. The Dallasbased creditcard services provider on Monday said the affiliates msut cure the breach and complete the $6.5 billion deal reached in May.
